REMEMBRANCE: THE POETRY OF EMILY BRONTË
In this new musical adventure, Nelson Cascais is inspired by the universe of the English writer Emily Brontë, famous for her only novel “Wuthering Heights”, but also the author of considerable poetic work. Her life was marked by the death of her mother, two sisters and a brother, and she herself died at just 30 years old. His poems are, therefore, full of references to the feeling of loss, something that translates into a sad and melancholy light that runs through this new work by Nelson Cascais.
